If you are using the service of the hotel or business, consider taking time to spend consuming your food because they do not have room service.The speed of the internet is slow and the maintenance of the rooms is somewhat negligent.The kindness of the staff is excellent.

Consider that they do not have an overnight accommodation service.

It's a high-end hotel, close to shopping areas, restaurants and nightclubs (if that attracts you) but the noise doesn't bother you.The services and care were excellent.The price is according to what they offer.

A very comfortable hotel for short stays or business.

Super noisy, especially if your room is facing the plaza where there is a bar with live music. The room walls are made of sheetrock, so if you have noisy neighbors good luck with that also.The room is fine, modern and clean but everything shakes because of the walls so thin, therefore I will not stay there next time I go to the WRC.  I will stay in Fiesta Inn instead or Courtyard. Breakfast is ok at least they serve eggs, beans, coffee and fresh fruit.

Disappointed that there was no hot water for the shower.  I was not offered a different room or options. Aside from that, the room was clean, the hotel is nice and lots of restaurants around it.

Excellent attention from all his staff, highlights the breakfast area of Sr Rafa, greets you with the joy of meeting an old friend, is very attentive to what you need and always with a smile, no doubt a return.

The check-in is a little late The hygiene in the room is not very good, awoken with a lot of granites the first day, and on the second day I found a flea, they tell me that they smoke the rooms but apparently they don't do it well, they don't change the saunas or towels, they don't wear it but they just turn it back. Breakfast buffet is regular, it doesn't taste much and the beans if they knew wrong.

The hotel has small rooms, is perfect for short stays when you have a small budget. It has great advantages for its location, its staff is attentive and efficient. I would definitely use the service again for future sporting events of my children.
