Our stay was excellent. Staff was great, food was good, room was nice. Not the best beach on the island but it was only a short walk to another. Great place to watch the sunset!Highly recommend it.

This is the hotel you have been looking for! It is in a quiet and more natural part of the island, the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the sunsets here are breathtaking. While it may be a bit far from the city center, it is completely walkable (max 30 minutes and doable along the beach at low tide). You likely won't want to stay in the crowded and noisy center anyway. There is a nice beach behind the property but if you prefer a lazy day reading by the pool, the cabanas and lounge chairs are very comfortable and the wait staff will absolutely attend to filling your empty cup. Bike rentals are also possible if you book the day before and make getting across the island a bit easier. Lastly, the food at the hotel is delicious and made on-site - their breakfasts are simple and nutritious.I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will absolutely return, especially when needing to recharge. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I loved this hotel, the location, the room, the beach (the sunsets were amazing)! The staff were super friendly and helpful - especially Alex at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was excellent.  However they didn’t always have everything on the menu.

All the negative reviews have to be from people who expect way too much out of people cause I went for 4 days celebrated my ten year anniversary and from the minute we showed up to the minute we left was non stop customer service. Property is absolutely stunning yes it’s far away from the centro and all that but a 40 min walk or less and you are there enjoy the walk along the beach it’s not bad at all. Luis and Jose were the best so knowledgeable about everything and what to do and where to go. The manager and all the staff made my stay amazing always asking how my stuff is and if anything was wrong they would fix it right away. We had no issues during our stay at all. Food is okay 7/10 the room and property get a 10/10 the beach around the area and all the stuff around the property 10/10 as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at bay boutique. Again this hotel is at the end of the island but don’t let that stop you from enjoying one of the nicest properties on the island

The Naay is perfect for the traveller who wants to have a quiet and unhurried break and still have access to all the hustle of a fun, vibrant tourist town. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again in the swim-out room!

Great stay and amazing coffee in the morning I didn’t realize there was a coffee shop downstairs. Very quiet was perfect for us.

Isaac, Reyna, Patricia and all staff members were attentive and friendly.  Made us feel very welcome.  Location of the hotel was just what we were looking for; quiet and away from town.  If you wanted to get to the hustle and bustle a Taxi (ATV) is just a call away.

The hotel design and construction is excellent. The pool is well designed and fun.If you like swimming in the ocean, the water there often has a strong current.The dinner menu is limited but the food good. However, people don't eat till late, so if you are eating around 7pm, you will be dining alone. The  breakfast is tasty, but the service a little erratic and slow. Over all, the staff are very helpful and very friendly.

I really enjoyed staying at Naay boutique hotel Luis the waiter was amazing and very helpful Reina in the front was very helpful and took care of us. Very good. I highly recommend this place. There's a lot to do around Beach area it's a nice walk to the plaza The sunset is breathtaking. It's beautiful and I would definitely go back

The hotel was great, and so was the staff. The only negative thing i have to say is the island is overrun by can-ams that have caused a lot of damage to the island. There is a lot of ponded water from all the wholes left behind by the can-ams. As well a lot of trash everywhere and lots of construction in the island. Unfortunately, I would not return to the island because of this.

Everything about my stay was amazing. From the food, to my beautiful room, the views, the drinks and most importantly the service was out standing. Can’t wait to visit again and bring my loved ones. All the service staff were awesome. Especially the server Angel. He gave me great suggestions on food. Everything I had was very tasty. Will be back!

We stayed at Naay for one week and our experience varied day by day. I’ll start off the with positives: - Nice Facility: the property is newly built so the rooms, common areas and pool are all very nice. The style is “Beach modern” with incredible sea and sunset views. - Quite: it is also located on the west end of the island which is less inhabited so it’s quiet and secluded. - Beach: the private beach is along Playa Coco which is amongst the nicest on the island and is stunning Now for the negatives: - Location: because it’s on the west end of the island, it is NOT convenient to access. It often rains in Holbox and the roads become flooded making in IMPOSSIBLE to walk into town by road. Only way in is a) 20 min Taxi which is $25 USD each way, or b) via the beach which during the day is alright (20-30 min) but can also be tricky at night. There are no lights and if the tide high is more like hiking at certain points - Service: the service and managment is sub par. Here’s what we experienced: 1) when we arrived, the sheets is our room were dirty and had to call to have them replaced 2) on a two of they days they didn’t clean our room. When confronted about it they simply said they didn’t get to it. 3) We ran out of body wash on day 2 and asked EVERY day to have it replaced. Never happened. 4) Ordering anything in the restaurant takes an hour, even if you’re the only one there.The trip was nice but we’ll stay elsewhere on our next visit to Holbox.

The staff are helpful and kind. The restaurant options are very limited but this quiet out of the way place makes up for it. There's a couple of beach places within walking distance but this secret is really hidden. Be prepared to pay $20 USD for a one way taxi to/from town. If you're looking for busy and nightlife you should rethink however if you want peaceful and quiet this is your spot. Plus they have a generator which comes in handy most days. The island does take US currency however recommend grabbing some pesos just to make things more simple. We'll be back!! With MORE mosquito spray!!!!!

This boutique hotel really exceeded my expectations in many ways. It was appointed with brilliance in all of its design details, and the staff was extremely warm and friendly from check-in to check out. Personally, I would not mind staying there for a week or so if I would return. It’s extremely remote, however, and certainly not a walkable property in terms of their being no restaurants nearby that I’m personally aware of that you would want to walk to, but for those that just want to hang out on a gorgeous property and going out on boat adventures that pick you up from the beach in front of the hotel, it’s perfect. Town is a 10-15 minute drive away on the ATV taxis that dominate the island, but there were some restaurants closer by ~ 5 mins awayMy only criticism, as petty as it is, is that their playlist by the pool had wayyyy too much jimmy Buffett, as much as I like him. Highly recommended
