A little more friendly attention. Follow the basic security protocols; they can improve this aspect. At the department, it is wider and is not at all expensive. In general, cleanliness and convenience are very acceptable.

Clean, centered, economical, but flat-out, change the attitude of the staff, a carrot, a ghetto, no desire to attend, a smile, I don't know, a customer service class would do them no harm.

It is a very good hotel to go to work as it is connected with furnished apartments and luxury accommodation is very central and they have good cleanliness the attention is good and they have a service to store the car.

I received very poor service from this establishment. I made a reservation for four nights, and the first one left me in a motel room that smelled a lot of cigarettes on the first floor because they hadn't cleared my reservation room. One of the receptionists is always bad-looking and treated you badly.

The worst service ever.

It takes two nights, basic for resting.  The good... its location (near the center), friendly people (every doubt or question the personal was kind) and clean. At least good... it has only stairs, it has features of a motel (XXX channels on the toilet, a box to pass objects and a strange aroma), old towels, the noise of the water pump, noisy customers and listening to the train.

It's a small, budget hotel, special for resting and sleeping, technically centric, easy to reach and close to many main roads of movement. Not suitable for people in wheelchairs, as it doesn't have an elevator. The higher the height, the less street noise.

Buy a hotel at a good price.

This is an economical, nice rooms if you get with air conditioning. Rooms with only fans it is to hot. The counter people are very nice, Rosie, 
Angie and Vanessa. Beware, if you get the girl in the night shift named Yanet she is very unprofessional, rude to the customers, inefficient, very unhappy with her job. It is sad the owner Ogando has a person like that working at his hotel. She needs to go to a training where they will teach her how to take care of people in a professional way.
