The internet is of very poor quality and the rooms are very limited, there was no coffee machine or less water to drink, there were no fixed channels because the signal was constantly going off and that made us very angry.

An unpleasant experience.

We rented 2 rooms. Linens were shabby and rooms smelled musty. My mom was covered in bug bites within minutes from lying down in her room. She required antibiotics and has scars from bites a year later! 

No apologies, no call back from management...all they did was place her in another room. Worst hotel/motel experience in my life

Stay away! No way 3 star hotel

Yesterday I had a nightmare, I heard screams from drunk people from one room to another, I went down to the reception to ask the staff to stop them, but they didn't do anything at all, in fact the screams increased until 3:00 in the morning, I had to get up at 6:00 to go to work.

I stayed for lunch the next day and the hotel offered me enough facilities to do it with peace of mind: comfortable and quiet room, parking and a restaurant for if you want to rest early.

Pass to climb the malinche.

The room was small, although considering the price-quality ratio I could not ask for more. and I would not have done so, however the detail that affected my stay was, that I was woken up at eleven and a half at night to move my car into the parking lot. this detail was very disturbing and gave the stuff everything else.

Rooms were plagued with fleas, we had to change at 3 a.m., the showers were not working, the photographs were misleading to the tourist, terrible, complaining that the administration was lazy in protesting that we had already been changed rooms.

This time I was due to work.The location is very good, super close to the center.And the price is very good.The facilities are good although the rooms are a little reduced.The hotel itself is small.The staff is very friendly.Congratulations.I recommend it.

I love the place, I had no problem with the location, very close to the center.I only recommend that you use amenities as I only found a New Testament book and a card.Otherwise, it was very good breakfast and the cafeteria you have is very cozy.I would definitely return!

An excellent weekend to spend.

Hotel neglected and aging. The room was not very hygienic with a dirty and tired carpet, and a very limited bathroom. The mattress was out of age and completely ruined with almost transparent sheets so they were worn out! The blanket was insufficient and we had to sleep dressed as it was cold... The breakfast was very frugal and as a tea only a chamomile was offered (to get another ticket, the hotel charges 2 euros to change his).

What to Avoid

We planned to visit Sanctuary of the Fireflies at 7:30pm so we chose a hotel at Tlaxcala de Xicohtencatl (30~40 mins driving from Sanctuary of the Fireflies). The reason we chose HB express hotel are clean and cheap (MXN$600/night include breakfast).
