570 reviewsThis is our 3rd time at this hotel and it is still a lovely place to come on holiday to relax and unwind. The only thing that has changed is there is no longer any pizza being served but I don’t know if this is a permanent change or temporary, however food is plentiful and different options and the drinks are just as good as I remember from last time. Staff work so hard they will do anything to help and are friendly and approachable must give a shout out to Ali in the restaurant brilliant with the kids and fantastic at his job he is the best never stop working! And the man at the bar outside can’t remember his name has been here since the first year we came he is always smiling and also works really really hard! Rooms are always cleaned and fresh bedding everyday except Wednesdays as stated when we checked in… pool area always maintained and plenty of sunbeds around pool and the beach. On the Beach you can rent out jet skis, paddle boards kayaks & pedal boats which our kids enjoyed and the restaurant on the beach has some amazing food also. Tsarevo Town is around 25 minute walk or 5 minutes in a cab or the shuttle bus is 2 lev per person. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you serenity bay team! The Myall family
