We last stayed here a few years back. Still excellent quality apartments and very good value. Location is ideal for access to anywhere in Obzor. Its so nice to stay at a hotel where the owners live and care about their customers. There are now dozens of new hotels in Obzor but many - specially the big ones are like tourist/sausage machines just processing people for their one or two week stay. How much better is it to have the owners caring about you as a person and ensuring everything is OK. We had an apartment on the first floor with two balconies. Very comfortable rooms and modern bathroom. There is air condition but the evenings in June are quite cool so we didnt need to use
