Ngerengere River Eco Camp

Whoever want's a true backcountry experience in a well managed camp in Tanzania should visit Ngerengere Eco Camp. It is authentic, simple in the best sense of the word and you can feel that people are living this project with their hearts. This is a great example of eco-tourism. The huts are simple, well designed and comfortable. The camp atmosphere breathes the spirit of the landscape, the people are very friendly and caring (thanks to all of you!) and the landscape is fascinating. We particularly liked naturalizing in the surroundings of the camp, exploring the river, the great baobab trees, birdwatching, observing colobus monkeys, sunsets...
