77 reviewsIt takes the coronavirus for me to finally sit down and write an overdue review. My husband and I were in Lisbon in late June 2019. Right near the castle, Casa Costa was a dream spot. It is a bit removed from the busy tourist center (our choice) but is easy to get to on foot (we are both senior citizens) by accessing the free outdoor public elevator that goes up the hill. A fun way to commute! Our room was enormous and spotless and the view from the guest living room over the city was spectacular . Breakfast was generous and delicious and Joao was a gracious host. We wholeheartedly recommend the Casa Costa, an authentic Lisbon home.
