195 reviewsThe hotel was under renovation during both visits, September 2018 and 2019. We were well informed about the situation on beforehand and since we were out during the day there was no issues with noise from the workers. The circumstances were of course reflected in the price we payed. The newly renovated rooms are nicely decorated and, when the renovation is complete, this might be our standard hotel for future stays in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionists were professional and friendly. The lady in charge of the breakfast is probably the best morning person I have ever met. Even though they had not gotten the information from the booking site that one in our company needed a special diet for breakfast they manage to sort it out over night. We were impressed and thankful for the service. We would have stayed a few nights this autumn again if it had not been for the pandemic virus.
