We've been here for a week in October, for an holiday trip, and we can't expect so much kindness and availability from the host (even to explain us and resolve our payment problem). The room, on the second floor, was bigger than we expected, clear, bright and not so noisy for a building by the street. Easy to reach the city center from here by bus or metro. I recommend it
