We stayed for 2 nights at the start of March. I had emailed ahead to ask for an early check in as we landed at 10am. I also mentioned that it was my partners birthday whilst we were there. Unable to check in early due to the hotel being full the night before, but managed to get changed and leave luggage safe. Our room was excellent, more like a suite tbh. A little out dated decor wise but clean and comfortable. We had room 803 which I believe is the only room with a balcony, amazing views and perfect for plane watching!! Hotel had left my partner a bottle of fizz and a cake on his birthday which was very appreciated. A good 30min walk to Rossio area but 5mins to metro. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!
