My husband and I had an unforgettable time at the Riad Kheirredine - the staff are all incredibly helpful, professional and warm. The reception ladies (Miriam helped us especially) are amazing - with dinner recommendations & bookings, a hot-air balloon booking (highly recommend for a bit of out-of-city fun - tack on the camel ride as the cherry on top;), taxi or tuk tuk bookings (super fun to take the tuk tuks through the narrower roads!:) and arranging the bell-men (Adam is delightful:) to walk us to and fro as needed. We would text the desk ladies with the cell they provided when we were ready for a walk or ride back and 10-15 minutes later a bell-man or driver would appear.) They also kept me amply supplied with water on our many outings, as I like to stay hydrated;) The rooftop restaurant was a lovely start and end to our days with delicious breakfasts and suppers supplied by friendly servers (Issam & Abdellihah to name a few) and breathtaking views. Highly recommend eating there at sunset with the call to prayers ringing across the rooftops. We were upgraded upon arrival and enjoyed the Patchouli room with a window bench for lounging for our 4 nights here - so spacious & comfortable. Highly recommend staying here as a gorgeous, relaxing, safe base for your Marrakech adventure. Enjoy!
