Riad Shaden

We spent 3 nights at the Riad Shaden towards the end of September, we were a little anxious after we were dropped off, and led down the narrow streets then taken off of the main road down a small alleyway, but once we arrived we settled in right away, our hosts were friendly and gave us some hints and tips, as it was our first visit to Marrakech. The room was clean, and had a nice feel to it, it was compact, but it had everything we needed for our stay, if you want more space to lounge around, there is a very nice roof top terrace that is quiet and perfect to spend an hour or two relaxing. The breakfast each morning was simple, but tasty, but it set us up for the day, each day was a slightly different variation on the day before, for 3 days that was not an issue. The location was around a 10-15 walk to the main square, the streets are narrow and quite chaotic at times, but the general rule is stick to the right, and let the mopeds go around you, once you get used to it, it is not that bad, it is easy to get lost wandering around the streets, but most paths will eventually lead you back to the main square, and from there it is quite easy to make your way back. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and we had no complaints at all. If we ever head back, we would stay again
