The staff (Salem I believe) was outstanding. He greeted us at the door, a welcoming snack was provided, he marked up a map for all sights and the best way to get there through the maze.He also arranged for great transportation to the airport. Wish I had asked him to get us from train station to airport. Taxi outside was expensive and dropped us off not even close to hotel.They provided a delicious breakfast every morning and as a result we had dinner one night at hotel. As well delicious.My only comment is to Expedia needs to update site. Hotel has 1 pool which is enough, not 4 as listed in Expedia description.
