Location, location. Location.. location is tops... 3minute walk away from the blue gate.. a bit tricky to locate at first but once younget used to it... location is near most restaurants and shops.. with easy access to the blue gate (where most tours use as meeting point)... every mmebers of the host family were really nice and accomodating even though only a frw spoke english.. breakfast which is included in the room was decent... keep up the good work Hlimi Family

We were given a local referral to this beautiful residence. The room and facilities are very well kept. We were happy with the room and layout. Very quiet for sleeping.

Breakfast was prepared each morning to match our schedule.

We would stay here again when we are next in Fes.

i was me and my friends around morocco ,and when we arrive to fes, we go to dr Hilmi wish was wish was great, was very hopeful we really enjoy thank you Dear Hilmi we want go again  the do desert trip from fes and activities around fes day trip to meknes volubilis and day trip to middle atlas and can give you information about fees city the old media and new medina

A very good place to stay in Fes. The Hlimi familiare is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared. There's terrace from wich you can enjoy the sight of the Medina. The Hlimi can Cook for you if you ask them in avance. 

This is a family owned accommodation and the family lives in the same house. Its huge, beautifully decorated with luxury tiles and curtains. The family members we got to interact with (Sister and Brother) are so helpful and friendly. The accommodation is in the midst of the medina so we were picked up at the blue gate (entrance of the medina) by the host. The bedroom was massive with cosy beds.

Little selection of food at breakfast for anyone who is gluten intolerant. Lots of breads at breakfast. They have a very nice rooftop but it needs to be refurbished so the guests can utilise it.

An intimate experience of family life in the Medina of Fes. 
Well located close to the Bab Boujloud entrance to the Medina which has parking and restaurants, but on a quiet street. All family members are extremely welcoming and kind. I ate most my meals there which were excellent and more varied than the dishes found at restaurants. The patio is a nice place to rest or read. It is very well priced and a good base to explore the area.
