Location is amazing, short walk to the beach!Service was amazing, staff was attentive and  responsive… Reception was very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to flight delays, only half day charge was applied. Will visit again!

I booked this stay literally from the Beirut airport 10 minutes before I arrived at the property. I could not have been happier with my choice. My room was overlooking the pool and ocean and it could not have been more beautiful. The front desk staff was very helpful with everything that I needed, even if I was challenged more than once by staff that looked like they were searching for a reason to kick me out.The food was excellent, especially at the restaurant for breakfast in the morning.I was there in early March which I could tell was part of the property's off-season and I imagine it can get quite crowded in the summer but it's for a good reason as it's an excellent place to stay

The staff were coordinating transportation from airport 2 weeks prior to our arrival, they followed up 3 days prior to the trip to see if any changes were made, they made last minute adjustments without any hassles. The concierge person, Rana was a delight, she was so helpful and kind. The entire check in-check out process was a breeze. Since it was off season, they accommodated our late check in and check out. Overall, an amazing experience and I'm definitely going back.

The team met our expectations and exceeded them. They made sure my family and I were always comfortable. The service and the staff are 5 stars!!! I recommend this location to anyone in the Beirut/Khalde area for vacations.

Perfectly located resort

My stay at this hotel was one that experienced extreme helpfulness and kindness from every worker I met. This extends from the front desk, all the way to the bartenders that I met. Everyone was very hospitable and jumped at any chance to assist me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if I am in the area again I would 100% choose to stay here again.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL/FRIENDLY STAFF

Nice place, friendly people. Some minor repairs would be recommended to be done, but the entire hotel is in very good condition. Rooms have aircondition and nice balcony with (mostly) view to the sea.Note that the hotel is pretty close to the airport! On the one hand you have the opportunity to be really fast at the airport, on the other hand you can hear the planes starting and landing.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Both swimming pools are great. Lovely breakfast is served at your table. What was is bit annoying, and simultaneously a tip for the hotel. You're unable to pay with maestro. Rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, but nice. Balcony is large. A tip for the hotel is to communicate to your guests. For example, tell them that you have to request housekeeping. In most hotels this is standard. Or maybe provide door sings. Our experience was super positive and we would definitely stay here again. Hopefully accepting maestro in the future.

The place was empty maybe because of the time of year. The staff is very friendly and makes an effort to assist. They don’t have irons in the room, this was an issue for me but they offered to do the service for me. The internet is very slow, not good and should be fixed, specially for business travelers.

Very nice staff

The reason we chose La Siesta was because of proximity to the airport.  We were coming in late, staying a day and leaving early.  It sounded nice and the pictures looked great so we reserved it.  The place was absolutely beautiful looking like it has just been redone.  Everything was new!  Being off season there were not many there but they treated us like royalty.  The breakfast was first class and the food in the restaurant was delicious.  And the Manager, George was just like an old friend, he was the kindest and most attentive manager we've had for a very long time!  I give La Siesta a top rating and will go back whenever possible.

Amazing stay at La Siesta, the sea view rooms area amazing, comfortable, clean and  lovely ambience.Shame that we stayed for one night only, should have spent a whole week there. I'm definitely coming back soon. The service was outstanding from the manager who made us very comfortable. Complimentary fruit platter with good choice if sweet fruits. Given that our flight was at early in the morning and our booking included breakfast and started at 7am, the manager went out of his way and get us breakfast in our rooms for 4am in morning. Thank you very much. Shall see you again very soon.

Amazing stay!!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer.We booked the junior suite with balcony, which fits comfortably for 4 persons.The room was very modern, and well equipped.From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze, the location of our room was absolutely perfect.Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area (vip beds, and cool pool beds) and private beach.A perfect place to relax, chill and enjoy musicThey did not forget about the kids, the inflatable area is so fun and exciting.The scenery was beautiful and the view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is one of the best.And last, All respect for the team who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.
