Santorini Sky, Luxury Resort

I don't give 5 as ratings too often, but it's almost impossible to find fault at this hotel. Many hotels call themselves "resorts" to sound fancier or different, but this is one place that earns that designation. The service is absolutely next level. From the very beginning, everyone is welcoming, with warm and friendly smiles. We received great information about the island, the area, the hotel/resort and it honestly felt we could ask for anything and it wouldn't be an issue. After asking our itinerary, we were told that maybe renting a car would be a better bet and within an hour, they had a rental car company bring a car to us and we just had to sign and drive off. There are also snacks available almost all day long, with literally fresh breakfast items done in a small kitchen in the eating area. The views are astonishing as it is located at one of the highest points in Santorini, and the rooms were clean, very quiet, and very spacious (and we didn't even take the highest trim of room!). Pyrgos is also nearby (5 minute drive) and since the island isn't too big, everything is very accessible. It may not seem as well located because it is not directly in Oia or Fira, but if you are coming to Santorini, it is to relax and enjoy yourself and in that aspect, it is perfectly located. Finally, it may seem slightly more expensive than some other options, but the quality, service, and experience you are getting will rival any top 5 star luxury hotel at any large city in Europe. Even if you are paying a little more, you are getting 10 times the value. I cannot recommend this place enough.
