We only spent one night at Hotel Goulielmos, but it was perfect. The real strength of this hotel is definitely the team — they are so nice, welcoming and helpful, making sure you have a truly special and relaxing stay. A special thanks to Paris who took really good care of us. The food is also amazing: both breakfast and dinner at The Edge were excellent, with fresh products, well prepared. The view from the restaurant to the sea and sunset is amazing. The hotel feels freshly renovated — and I believe still undergoing some finishing touches — but once everything is done, it will really be perfect. The pool is a bit small, but still a very pleasant place to hang out. Our flight was in the evening and the hotel kindly let us enjoy the pool all day and provided a space with a shower so we could get ready before leaving. Again, this hotel is a hidden gem — we had a wonderful last night to conclude our trip in Greece.
