Great location, pretty quiet place, a lot of restaurants and stores nearby, property is very neat and maintained, host is always available, friendly and helpful, not crowded beach, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available for free (included in the apartment price), nice furnitured apartment, equiped kitchen, mosquito net, air conditioning, wi-fi free of charge, TV….
It was very pleasant stay with family and friends, really can’t remember anything was missing during our stay.
We already booked another visit to Porto Psakoudia in 2024. 😊

Always love to come back here! Discovered it in 2006, the accommodation improved over the years. Also, the space for sun-beds, the chic green garden in front and the possibility to swim further in the see. Near by, a lot of other private beach bars and places to eat authentic Greek food

Our idea was to stay 10 days, but we enjoyed so much that we stayed 23!
Both apartments and garden are really clean. As a family with a 3 years old kid and a baby, we were in the room for 3 persons and was is very spacious, so there was also a place for baby bed and space for a kid to play inside. I used to spend every midday with the kid and a baby inside and it was very comfortable. Our terrace had a view at the sea and was in the shadow during that period so I enjoyed there. Fridge and working space in the kitchen are bigger than usual so we didn't have a problem to prepare the meals. 
Garden is beautiful, there are several different types of seating which you can use whenever you want and the grass is so well cared that children can play in it without any problem.
In front of the house is a part of a beach with 5-6 sunshades with 2 sunbeds each and each room has its own marked. 
There is a second beach from this accommodation with sunshades 50m further and there is a nicer entrance to the water, so most of the time we used to go inside the water there. Water is clean and hot, and there is shallow water long enough for kids to enjoy,  and still not boring for others. Owners have a kayak which you can use to do a sport in the morning or evening. They are ready to help however they can to make your stay more comfortable. The village centre is very close, so you can easy reach by foot. During the night the place is very calm. Internet connection was always good. The only thing you need to care as on the whole Halkidiki peninsula is mosquitos - so bring some cream against them if you want to sit out during the evening. Thanks to the nets on openings it is pretty safe in the rooms.
We would easily go there again!

Great place with a unique location. Nice village, great beach, great value. Go go go. Host was very friendly - the room comes with free sunbeds and everything. Nice garden on the beach. The climate is so accomodating

My family and I stayed this year again in Porto Psakoudia and had another amazing family holiday. We stayed at the same apartment as last year, which is a 2 bedroom app 12 on the second floor, which has a kitchenette, 2 separate rooms and 2 balconies, all sea facing. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of waves is just priceless and rarely seen elsewhere in Chalkidiki. The host family makes you really feel special and like at home. The facilities are spotlessly clean and maintained with care. The house has its own sun umbrellas and loungers, one set right in front of the house and the other some 50m along the beach, with crystal blue waters and powdery sand. There is also a shaded sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the sea views and beautiful sunsets. There is also a designated parking area, and there is always enough parking spaces for everyone. The house is located on the right of the main beach, in its own little bay, so you really have a feeling you are on a private beach. Since Psakoudia is a little village, nothing is far away - restaurants, bars and shops are only 100m away. Its very suitable for families with children, but my family and I (all adults) equally enjoyed it. Lots of returning guests are a proof of great hospitality and service. See you next year!

We spent 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment with a seaview. Everything about our stay was more than lovely - the house has been refurbished 2 years ago so furniture is modern, the host is super friendly and available at all times. The garden has natural shade, a shower and a seating area. The whole property is spotlessly clean and really maintained with lots of love as its a family business. Towels and bed linen in the rooms are changed once every three days. Each room chooses their own sun umbrella with stays reserved until the rest of the stay and which makes the whole beach experience really comfortable as guests dont fight for sunbeds at crack of dawn. Local baker delivers fresh bread and pastry every morning at 9am, so you dont even have to think asbout that! Our apartment no.12 had 2 rooms and 2 separate balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is literally on the beach so you sleep with the sound of the waves - amazing! Very family friendly, ground floors also disabled friendly. Plenty of parking spaces. Ground floor apartments have less light than the upper floor ones but that is clearly stated in the description, so no deceipt there! The house is located in the quiet area of Psakoudia Bay, so really feels like a private beach. Lots of returning guests, and we will be one of them too. See you next year!

Nice sandy beach, lots of cafes and restaurants,a lot of available sunbeds, clear water and plenty of sunshine -everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The prices are lower than in neighboring places.

Beach experience

This is a quiet place small hotel in a good location, from where you can visit all the popular beaches of the 2nd leg of Chalkidiki. The owners are friendly. It only offers basic services(no shampoo, no hairdryer etc) and the nearby beach is not as good as the popular beaches nearby such as Kalogria beach and Lagomantra...

Quiet place in good location with only basic services

Firstly when we got there we were so excited, and the sea was amazing, but when we got inside the room the room wasn't what we expected. The room was small and isn't the room that we booked. We booked the 4 bed room, but we got a studio apartment. There were four of us almost all grownups mom, dad, sister and I (17 and 19). We had 3 normal beds and one extra bed, that wasn't comfortable for us. Then there are no key in the bathroom, there aren't enough plate and diner service for everyone. The kitchen is small in fridge you can't barely anything put. There are no stove, one pot, and if you are planing to stay here be prepaid to go somewhere out to eat. Then there are quite strange rules, there aren't enough closets, the balcony is small, and four of us can sit together and eat. there aren't extra keys and we needed one to get in and one to stay in apartment because card for electric  for person that stays in room. Then the garden is small, not as big as it seems on pictures. There isn't a BBQ as it suppose to be. Than the owner is impolite, we asked him to give us what we booked, but he refused, we felt like he doesn't care for us. The beach is good, but you can't swim right in front of the house, because there are seaweed  just a few steps when you get in the sea, you can't even swim there because seaweed is high, But 20 meters from the house the sea is clean, and you can go there. To sum up we won't come here again, just because impolite owners, everything else we could ignore.
