Royal Palace Resort & Spa

This hotel is run by an excellent team, very well trained and super attentive staff. I was impressed with the service we have received at Royal Palace. Elegant decor, nice and spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean rooms. The view from the balcony was magnificent. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. I would like to express my special gratitude to Katerina, an excellent cook, who prepared amazing meals. I couldn’t resist not to ask to meet her in person, wanting to know who’s responsible for those highly delicious meals. On the other hand Vivien, the girl at the reception, was ever so welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. She made sure we had this wonderful suite with the balcony overlooking the pool. I could’t ask for more and yet when I did, Vivien delivered. The suite we were staying was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I was tempted to prolong my holiday. It has been a while since I had a carefree holiday like in Royal Palace. I would always recommend this wonderful friendly place to everyone I know and I can’t wait to go back myself. After all with a first class service who wouldn’t want to go. The owner was also making sure we have everything we need and Giannis was taking excellent care of us during dinner time. We only stayed for 4 nights and I was disappointed we couldn’t stay longer as we had to go back to our every day life. Everything was first class: service, room, pool, surroundings, decor, views and most of all the professionalism of the staff running this hotel. Royal Palace was an amazing experience and I will treasure the memories of such a pleasant establishment.
