This was a in a beautiful spot! So close to everything right in the heart of Mykonos town. 
Best views and food! And always clean and up kept. The manger was lovely. Went above and beyond for us. Made our stay very enjoyable we will definitely be back! 

Ageliki was the best host you could ask for. I see that there are negative reviews from the past, that is not the experience we had at this place. I would recommend it to everyone that visits Mykonos. It right in the heart of the town easy 5 min walk to the bus station, 60 second walk to the water where the restaurants are.

The host was one of the nicest people I've ever met. She met us at the airport and dropped us at the Pension (also dropped us off at the port when we left Mykonos). It's located in the heart of Mykonos town, and is really good value for money. The room and bathroom were super clean. Talking to the host it was obvious she really cares about her business and wanted to do everything to make sure we had a great stay. I would give more stars if I could.

Aggeliki and her husband are just the best people, they came to fetch me at the airport and drove me to the port when I left after staying only one night. The hôtel is right at the center of the town in a very busy pedestrian street but that is not a problem since the noise proof windows and air conditioning are really efficient. I will certainly come back.

Unfortunately I was there with a very noisy bunch of Italian girls partying and shouting in their rooms and in the hallways all night long. That cannot be retained against Aggiliki who told me she would have a word with them and make them stop for the following night.

Ageliki is a great host. She picked us from the port even though our ferry was late. 
She gave us a map and dropped us close to the pension. 
The hotel is in the most prime location. The rooms are small n basic. But all basic amenities are provided. Kettle & refrigerator too. If anyone wants to stay in the Mykonos Town on a budget I highly recommend this place. It’s so convenient to go anywhere from here. 
We had our daily breakfast at Sakis Grill which is like 50 steps from the Pension & has the best the best & cheap Greek food. Cheap food is Greece is a rare thing & that too very very tasty. 
There is a bus station close by where you can take buses to any beach. 
There is a bike rental close by. And you can even park it nearby. 
You can always keep some snacks in the room if you don’t want to get down to have breakfast. 
Ageliki’s daughter Katerina is also very sweet & we made friends. They are literally the best hosts. 
If you are a no nonsense person & actually want to have the real essence of Mykonos, u must stay here.

Beautiful 

We arrived in Mykonos and took a Taxi to the centre, unfortunately we did not know our host were happy to collect us. we found it difficult to locate and found the room to be very basic. The breakfast consisted of a kettle and French toast, I guess we were probably looking for something a little more relaxing and with some degree of character, which this didn't offer. that probably is our fault for not doing sufficient research, this is a basic hotel which on the first night we heard some noise.

Central and basic

The pension is in a good location, but the rooms are basic, small, old and overpriced (200€ per night)
The bed/bedding/mattress were full of tens of BED BUGS and bed bug stains, making living unsanitary and dangerous for people with bed bug allergies like me.
When we complained to the owner Ageliki, she just hanged up the phone (!!!), and she reported us as NO SHOW to booking.com preventing us of making a negative review, sending us our way!,
We had to spend one out of our four vacation days, searching for another hotel within budget, in Mykonos during high season!
