Best value for money imaginable. Close to the beach and great restaurants including the restaurant attached to the hotel. . Strong wi fi ,good air conditioning, nicely decorated room. Comfortable. beds……would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

The location is great in the city center. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and clean.

We stayed in August for 2 nights as a family of 4. The room was clean and had air conditioning. The kids had their own room whilst we had a lovely double bed and a balcony with sea views all for 75 pounds a night which is amazing value for neo marmaras.  The family who run it were very friendly.  We didn't eat in the restaurant but j thoroughly recommend the hotel

First of all the Lady owner of Hotel is great. Very clean hotel, every day is cleaning and changing towels in the rooms. We have sun till 12am, so we can sleep.
Hotel have special Menu for guests for all day, also they have breakfast from 09am.
All stuff is polite and they give you what ever you want. 
The best room is 109, great view, great furniture, everything you need you have in the room.

I want to say thank you to lady who owes this place! We had very comfortable stay there. She has available more expensive rooms and updraded ours for free! Every day cleaning , close to beache. Definitely return back!

We stayed there 2 nights at the end of our stay in Sithonia. We didn't book in advance. We had searched on tripadvisor and we knew that this hotel had at least one room available and the price was fair. So we went there but it took quite a time to the manager to be available to see us at the reception. We then asked for a room, she gave it to us but she wanted to charge us more than what we had seen on tripadvisor. I had taken a screenshot of the offer on tripadvisor and when we showed it to her, she immediately accepted to give us that same price. So that was very nice of her.

THe room itself was big, very clean (same with the bathroom). Everything was perfect. THe hotel is not located in the heart of the city but it's a short 5 minutes walk. Plus, we were closer to the beach. (The beach itself is not very nice, there are more beautiful beaches in Greece.)

Overall, great stay !!

Charming and clean!! 

2 nights in nice place

Room was not ready when we arrived after 2 p.m. Rude staff in the front desk. There were no kitchen. Rooms are quite good but we ordered family room which has two bedrooms and only in one of them was A/C. There were no balcony or terrace so we didnt have a place to chill in the evenings. Mixed emotions because of the bad smell and dirty restaurant's kitchen. Sleep quality was not perfect, so ask rooms on higher floors. Poor wifi.

Strange place

We booked a room with balcony and with city view. 
They gave us a room at the back side of the hotel on the GROUND FLOOR in front of the street and the parked cars. 
The so called "balcony" in ON the road with no pavement!
Of course there is NO city view!!! We see people walking and parked cars in front of us!
We complained to the owner and she said that only the 4-person rooms have sea view and they are all booked.
They offered us, as a compensation, a free meal. We refused to have it. We consider it is a cheap fare to the downgrading of our holidays.
These people ruined our vacation for us. Their false information trapped us for 6 days in a room that we would never choose!
Sidenote: Watch out: 1-the booking is not refundable and 
2-they charged the whole amount in our credit card TWO MONTHS AGO, immediately after the booking 
Reasonal advise: Stay in this hotel only if you are a family of 4
