This is the best resort ever. The staff are beyond wonderful, the views are amazing and the hotel services could not have been better. We highly recommend this resort.

The staff were wonderful to deal with from the time of booking and right through our stay. The hotel is a magical setting. We had a two bedroom suite with our own pool and it was spacious, extremely well maintained and cool during a hot summer. Breakfast is lovely overlooking the ocean and we also had a beautiful dinner one night.

The view was the best in town!
The room was wonderful; best bed, room amenities was hard to beat.
Breakfast was amazing: love the avocado toast and the yogurt.
Above all a huge shout out “Thank you” to the most wonderful and helpful staff. They are so professional and at the same time just a group of lovely people.
I will never second guess to go stay there again on my next visit.

This was the best experience I’ve had being away from home! My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and the staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, the room was super comfortable and the  staff consistently helped us with any question we had, even helping us plan out and book our excursions for the week. We already are talking about coming  back to Santorini in the future and we know that when we do it was be at Art Maisons Aspaki! Thank you to the entire team for giving my wife and I the best honeymoon we could ask for!

I recently stayed at Art Maisons Oia Castle, Santorini from 15/6/25- 17/6/25 for 2 nights with my wife . For me it was the first time to Santorini , finally getting there in my fifties , ( having got stuck on Ios as a backpacker in  my twenties ! I still recall saying to myself  at the time " i'll get to Santorini on my next trip to Greece" , which turned out to be 25 yrs later ! My wife had been before in her twenties , just to Fira . 
I usually do not bother with writing reviews after trips , to be honest , but I felt compelled to after the most magical 2 days at this hotel.
Quite simply , the room we booked , which was right under the castle , with direct sunset views, and a jacuzzi , was so amazing that we did not really want to move for our entire time there ! The Santorini sunset was all I had dreamed it would be , and we had our own private front tow seat ! ( with a great bottle of Santorini white wine !) 
We were met at reception by Thalia , who was so kind, informative  and attentive ( but she also knew when to leave us to ourselves . All the other staff were also amazing - the cleaners, the drivers to and from the port, and also special mention to the man who helped with our baggage. Unfortunately I could not recall his name. I was recovering from back surgery so was unable to lift the bags , but to be honest even  if I was fully fit, it would have been a struggle lugging suitcases up and down the narrow lanes of Oia. This guy was incredible- carrying both suitcases on his shoulders and sprinting up those paths at pace! He deserves the biggest tip ever you can spare ! And finally the breakfasts were freshly made and delicious .

I don’t usually write reviews, but our stay at Aspaki Exclusive Hotel was truly exceptional and deserves recognition. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The entire staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail.

From the seamless airport transfer to the efficient handling of our luggage upon arrival, the service was impeccable. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast each morning was a standout—freshly prepared to order with a fantastic variety of options. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husband’s vegan diet, ensuring he had delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals each day.

Every aspect of our stay reflected the highest standards of hospitality. We felt it was worth every penny, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Santorini. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family—and will continue to do so.

This place is Heaven on Earth! The rooms are stylish, simply yet beautifully furnished and well air-conditioned. We only ate breakfast there, but this was very good. The staff are delightful, and a special shout out to the guys who carried the suitcases up and down the stairs to the cab. And to top it all - a private jacuzzi overlooking one of the best views ever. There are a lot of steps between rooms and to the street level, so I think potential customers must be aware of this. But otherwise, perfect.

A sunset experience like no other

We stayed at Oia Castle Luxury Suites by Art Maisons, and it was truly the highlight of our Santorini trip. From our private balcony, we had an unobstructed view of the iconic Oia sunset — no crowds, just peace and golden light right from the comfort of our suite.

The private cave pool was the ultimate indulgence — serene, romantic, and surreal against the caldera. Even without the sunset, the view was still an absolute dream — calm, breathtaking, and unforgettable at any hour.

The breakfast was superb — fresh, delicious, and served with the same stunning view. Every moment felt like a scene from a postcard.

What made the stay truly exceptional was the staff. From the warm reception to the attentive housekeeping, everyone made us feel genuinely cared for — a true reflection of luxury at its finest.

From the moment we arrived we were in awe, not only of our surroundings but also of the level of service we received.  The cliff side location was mesmerizing.  Our room was perfect, everything from the view, to the cleanliness, to the level of amenities and linen quality and on to the air conditioning, superb.  Breakfast was to die for, such delicious, fresh and healthy selections.  We took advantage of their champagne/caviar sunset offering one evening at their sister property (10 minute escorted walk) and it was outstanding, a must!  Dining at the outdoor cliff side restaurant was not only delicious but also a magnificent view.  Their attention to detail knows no bounds - while we dined we were offered the cutest little blankets with a cartoon puppy sewed in for warmth.  My wife asked if they also sold them but was told unfortunately not.  She was so excited to find on check out that they had neatly bundled one for her to take home.  😊  If you are staying in Santorini the Aspaki is a must!

I researched for many hours to find the most beautiful hotel room in Santorini, the best view, because this was a once in a lifetime trip to this island. Every hotel has a different view point; they can all see the water, but we wanted the view of the white, cliffside houses. When we arrived, we found the most beautiful amazing view, but also that the water was out due to a recent storm. They offered us a full refund and help booking another place, or to stay and use extra bottled water and a place to take a hot water. So we stayed and the water came back on a few hours later, and we were so glad we stayed because the staff were so helpful, the facilities were spotless, and it was an amazing stay. Yes the stairs are real so be cautious if any mobility issues, but fine for 99% of people.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Property

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect hotel. The room was spotless and beautiful. The views were incredible. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was brilliant and very well priced compared to local restaurants and the breakfast was delicious especially their special croissants! Absolutely faultless service from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back again in the future! Thank you so much for giving us a honeymoon we will never forget!
