 Comply with the services they offer at the time of check-in without any complications.The hostel spaces are in good condition and are located close to a bus stop.The sector has also been secure.

Buen hotel 

Hostel located at a point in the city of Quito is good because public transport is two blocks away.The rooms are simple but very well-seated, the bathroom has hot water.Near El Ejido Park and ten minutes by car is the very famous Fonch Square.

HOSTAL is economical and excellent service.

We stayed with my partner.The wedding room was pretty good, the place was very clean and tidy, and everything worked well.It is a good location, close to El Ejido Park, many transportation, and the holiday market, but there are not many places to eat.All the staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a day to go around and were offered to keep our backpacks so that we wouldn't have to carry them all day, as it was our last day in Quito.The only thing that wasn't very good was that the rooms only had windows that pointed to the hallway, so there was no natural light and they listened to noises from neighboring rooms.

The accommodation is good and the staff very friendly.

Stayed here 5 nights, had I not paid upfront I probably would have moved, that said, it wasn't expensive and the staff were very helpful & friendly. 
It's located close to Park Ejido and handy for public transport, within walking distance of both Old and New Quito. 
Decor is as per photos, bathroom is small and overall the place could do with some freshening, there was an odd smell all the time and it seems all the windows on the ground floor open onto the corridors which means no natural light and noise when people decide to have loud conversations in the hall.
There is a snack bar but that seemed to consist solely of bottled drinks and a few bars, I didn't use it. I didn't find many restaurant options nearby but that may be due to looking on the wrong streets. 
The second wifi didn't work initially (two days) but it was fixed and worked fairly well afterwards. The wifi in the common area worked well throughout. 
At $17 for a double room it wasn't bad but I am unlikely to return.
