Hostel Boudnik

The place is nice and clean, with a clearly visible well-lit nameplate. It is a 3-4 min walk from the nearest tram stop and if you know anything about the transport system in Prague, it is that trams work really well. I stayed in a 20 people mixed dorm room. The room was very comfortable with good lockers and a clean bathroom/shower on the floor. The downside is that it was on the 4th floor, without a lift. So if you have a heavy luggage bag, it's going to be quite a climb. Female only or male only dorms occupy lower floors. The place has a very nice common room and a courtyard where you can smoke and relax. The reception is open 24×7 and they sell 1 day travel cards (these are helpful because otherwise you'd have to seek the nearest metro station or tobacco shop which sells them). The WiFi is also fine. There are plenty of local shops in the nearby alleys and then on the main road. Prague Hlavni Nadrazi is one tram stop away, so thats very helpful even if you want to avail trains out of Prague (and if you want to buy additional tickets, for metro or tram or bus). So overall, a good experience for a 3 day stay at this place. Good place to crash. If you're in Prague, I'm guessing you'd be out exploring the city the whole day anyway. Easily a 9/10, with one point deducted for the possible difficult climb of 4 floors.
