Fantastic apartments in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. So easy to find and really close to all transport options.

It was such a lovely place to stay and such good value for money. The staff were so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 6 nights and enjoyed our time. The property is fairly new and it is reflected in the quality on offer. The amenities were all of a high standard, with the highlights being a very comfortable bed and access to a washing machine. The only minor downside was that the seal on the shower door wasn't great, so often the floor ended up quite wet, and the room could perhaps be soundproofed a little better - you could hear the elevator and people chatting in the hall, the bumps of passing trams and also some construction work that was being done on another business nearby. These weren't a big issue for me as I'm used to noise, but could potentially disturb others.The property is very centrally located, a short walk into the old town centre and plenty of transport links nearby if you want to get away from the crowds.Finally, the staff themselves were excellent. I had initially booked 5 nights before adding a 6th a few months later and they made sure that the two bookings were seamlessly linked. They were happy to offer some advice on the city and also happy to offer a restock of stock from the room in the form of coffee capsules and washing machine pods. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

Nice and very clean.  Great location, a short walk to the Old Town center.  Good amounts of restaurants around.  Especially, the service is 5 stars!  I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to come back to Prague!

The staff at R16 Residences Prague was very accommodating. Franco is perfect in his job. Everyone who works there was eager to help when needed. We have no complaints and would stay there again as the location is very good for walking to everything in Prague.

From day one till we left- everything was perfect.The apartment was nice and well equipped, the staff was excellent.We will be back soon.

After staying in a few hotels with ‘modest’ rooms, it was a treat to stay here. The room was beautiful, with an amazingly comfy bed. The walk-in shower was large with both a rain shower and hand-held head. The hotel was situated in Old Town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Franco was a treat! He took such good care of us at check-in and recommended restaurants that were perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff, beautifully renovated building. Apartments was in excellent shape and cleanliness was excellent. And the location is unbeatable.

Excellent centrally located apartment

Overall a great stay. Very good location. Clean and comfortable apartment with almost everything in excellent condition; quality sheets, towels and amenities. My only complaint is that the desk staff are either extremely charming and friendly,  or so incompetent that I never want to return. A nice family apartment in the heart of the city, but don't expect consistent service.

What a marvellous place, the nicest staff , always a warm smile in morning and just as kind in evening. Best recommendation for Bfast and dinner. Amazing rain shower, comfy beds( though pretty high set). 10 min walk to main market place/ hop on off and few steps from shopping centre. Perfect place to stay in Prague!

Delightful stay

Absolutely outstanding stay! The hotel was impeccably clean, and every detail was clearly thought through with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Franco, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. The amenities were truly luxurious, from the amazing shower to the perfect air conditioning, which made the room an oasis. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-end appliances, adding to the feeling of luxury. Everything from start to finish exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-end, comfortable, and memorable stay!

I’ve been to Prague maybe 15 times true the years. Stayed at many of the high end hotels but this stay was one of the best. One of the best locations, easy to access and near everything I want to visit. The apartment is newly renovated with a high class interior. Great staff and really clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect apartment. Beautifully fitted out and styled, everything has been thought of in our room for ultimate comfort! In particular had a large comfortable bed, easy to use smart tv, well equipped kitchen, ambient lighting, large bathroom with plenty of space and felt super luxurious as well as great communication from staff and the room was super clean. Cannot fault our stay and would definitely stay here again in Prague. It's a serviced apartment but it's on the same level as a 5 star hotel!
