This hotel is more than enough to full fill the 3 star point. Location wise was pretty much easy access to Night Market, Old Market & Pub Street. It has swimming pool & free fish massage. This is very relaxing & you can chit-chatting with your friends while doing fish massage. worth for money.

Nice Location! Near to Night Market, Old Market & Pub Sreet

Location is perfect.  Huge plus. I felt it did not look much like the pictures. It’s easy not to zoom in on pictures to really see.  The restaurant isn’t really one. I could not even get hot water in the morning for coffee.  Great restaurants around it. It’s clean. Definitely true to being “budget”.  There is so much to see in Siem Reap that we were not in the room much.  No elevator so if you have large bags like we did prepare to carry them.  The pool is in the front right by the street.  Not where we were interested in hanging out at all. People are very sweet and for the price it’s a good basic place.  

3 Star is true to point 

This is an old hotel but in a good location. Unfortunately they don't maintain the rooms and many things are broken. The maid staff are terrible. I stayed with a group of friends in three rooms, 1 room never got cleaned in the four nights we stayed even after requesting several times. My room 3 out of 4 nights and the third 2 out of 4 nights. Most of the staff are very helpful. In particular the girl who organises your tours and travel, Say. She is very good and speaks very good English. This place has potential for good cheap accommodation but just misses the mark. 

Disappointing stay. 

It is well located in the city centre, it has a very nice and clean small pool. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Only a small bémol, a slightly high price but which can be negotiated (like everything in Siem reap)

This hotel is located a short walk from Pub Street and the markets.  The staff are very friendly and the rooms air-conditioned and clean. Recent change of hands, but I see no reason to change opinion.  Same same but different!!

Great location, clean simple rooms, great value for money

when i was in siem reap i found this place and they had hands down the best food and it was super cheap too!! close to everything and the staff was so super friendly and helpful. would come back anytime! very clean rooms and nice looking as well:) would reccomened this for travelers going to siem reap!^^

The hotel is not new, but at the same time quite lively. I really liked the staff, lively and friendly. In principle, there is nothing special, but if you choose a hotel on this street, then it is one of those that you should give preference in this price segment.

Great, cheap place with everything you need for $15

I read very good reviews of this guesthouse and didn't hesitate to go during my stay in Siem Reap. The truth is that we didn't feel at home. The owner was barely interested in anything; she was all the time drinking wine with her friends and simply devoting herself to saying hello and goodbye!! We were five of us traveling and while all the tucs didn't bother to take you, they said that if we wanted to be taken somewhere we would have to pay two tucs. And well.... our surprise was that the first night while we were sleeping we entered the room (and that there was a security guard) and we were robbed of a ticket with almost 800 dollars!!!!!!!!!! unless the passport boasted another friend we are still there. We were just saying bad things about the hotel and we still had to say that you were there. So you can't find a nice person to help us get inside the door.

Nice guesthouse under new management. Great crew. The price/performance ratio is right. The rooms are very large and clean for the price class. There is a free W-lane. Five minutes walk to Pub Street. Still very quiet. Very delicious food. You feel safe. Glad to be back.
