The Drift Hostel

This place is now run by Alex, a lovely girl who completely renewed the guesthouse which is now called ‘My Way’. Me and my boyfriend are traveling from a long time but this is one of that places which can steal a little piece of your heart and once you will get here you will never wish to leave. Perfectly located directly on the beach of M’Pai Bay, the only village of the island, with hammock and beach chairs, My Way is walking distance from the pier, some nice place to eat, travel kiosks and close to couple of beach bar with music to drink something at night, but at midnight everything stops and from your room you can just listen the sound of the waves. From here you can even walk to other two amazing and wild beaches. Yes, Saracen Bay is beautiful, but here at M’Pai Bay you can find much more soul. We extended 3 times our stay changing rooms so we can also say that the beach house rooms are simple but cute and comfortable with super clean shared toilets, just the wooden walls are not closed until the ceiling so you loose a little bit of privacy but for us it worth anyway, but if you wish something more, the beachfront rooms with private bathroom in the ‘main house’ are just awesome! Thank you Alex, we already dream to come back!
