We booked directly with Andrew and Sennae for our stay and we were able to add an extra day later without any issues. From the start, everything was perfect! Andrew and Sennae's helpers, Mike and Gohto, picked us up at the bus station and took us back to the accommodation and when we were ready, took us to ski hire. On the way back stopped for us to do a little shopping and visit the atm. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the skiing. Andrew and Sennae were fabulous hosts - always available and willing to help out wherever possible. Their knowledge of the area was excellent and helped us greatly with our trip. Sennae's hotpot was a highlight and the personalised service we received was impossible to beat. The lodge is a 1 minute walk from the free shuttle stop and a ten minute walk from the restaurants and services of Echoland. We can't recommend Hakuba Haven Lodge highly enough and we will be coming back!
