I stayed at the Lancasters House in August 2025 for a 13-night for a business trip . I’m a full-time wheelchair user and rely on an accessible bathroom and step-free access.The accessible room was spacious, with enough room to turn my wheelchair comfortably. The bed height was manageable, and I could transfer easily. The bathroom had a roll-in shower with sturdy grab bars and a folding bench, though the water pooled a bit on the floor.The restaurant had accessible seating and staff were proactive about making space. Staff were respectful and well-informed. At check-in, they confirmed my accessibility requirements and even offered to move furniture to give me more space. Overall, I’d recommend the Lancaster House to wheelchair users, It meets most accessibility needs and has friendly, responsive staff.
