Be prepared, as they do not accept credit cards and there is no hot water in this guesthouse. It is not a hotel or a posada, it is a guesthouse and the owner, Mr. Ata, is a very nice guy and very helpful. It is just beside Deep Blue hotel, best spot on the island, but everything looks dirty, toilets and so on... I would not recommend, also not all the rooms has air conditioning. Maybe the view from the balcony compensates. Definitely not worth a 100 dollars per night, you will find many other places for that price.
