Hostel chitota The hostel is located outside the city of bucaramanga next to the river, so if you want to charge your batteries this is the place to go! We totally loved the place!! The host enricque was just amazing. We even got coffee and fresh juice in the morning without asking for it. In the night it started raining so bad that our clothes and towels, which we left outside to dry, were still soaking wet in the morning so they dry cleaned it for us. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night, but we would've loved to stay longer - it's such a relaxing atmosphere! The day we left enricque even drove us to the airport, we can't thank him enough for all he has done for us during our stay. So to sum up: if you're looking for an amazing place in bucaramanga and love nature, this is the play to be!!

All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay.
