Svi državljani Kolumbije, bez obzira na dužinu boravka, kao i svi strani državljani koji borave u zemlji najmanje 60 uzastopnih dana, u obavezi su da plate nacionalni porez na promet (19%), na iznos smeštaja tokom njihovog boravka.
