Always a clean room at an affordable price

The hotel is located conveniently near the highway. Rooms are clean and comfortable.  Front desk staff are helpful and efficient.

My first choice for overnighting in Hinton….very accommodating, add on a lounge / restaurant with $$ good prices and food.

Nice property. I can't remember the last time i was given an actual key for my hotel room. The restaurant/bar is nice and enjoyable. Great staff.

The room was very clean with updated bathroom. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet overnight. The older lady at check in wasn’t rude, but definitely could have been a little more friendly.

The bar downstairs is definitely the highlight

Very affordable compared to other places near Jasper. It’s a lot better than I expected. Clean, updated amenities, close to big supermarkets.

The pool is Amazing! Indoor and outdoor hot tubs. There is also a massive indoor play structure. The hotel is close to trails. A complimentary 3day bus pass was provided. The hide-a-bed isn’t the best but I persevered. Everything else excellent. I would book again.

For the price, we enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning wasn't quiet, but worked well, and the room stayed comfortably cool while it was blistering hot outside. The housekeeping staff were very kind and thorough, and even though that bathroom layout (large shower and small toilet inside, sink outside) was inconvenient, the cleanliness was top-notch. If you're in the area, go check out the Beaver Boardwalk.

Such a great place to stay in Hinton. Our second time staying there. The exterior of the building is due for a refresh but the rooms are very nicely updated, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Our bed had a much softer mattress than we're used to, but I actually bought a pillow to take home I liked it so much.We tried the lounge for dinner one night but although the staff was great the food and decor was not. Apparently renos are coming. Overall a great place to stay.

This place was the cheapest in the region at this point, so I picked that one. Great road from Jasper to Hinton, so those 80 km is just a pleasure to drive-animals, nice views. Good restaurant in same building, so there is no need to go out. very quiet at night, even next to big road. Free coffee available, polite service. A bit boring, as TV offered not too much channels. And microwave was not functioning properly. But: cheaper than in Jasper anyway!

Liked it!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Great location.  Very nice and spacious room.  It had all the necessary amenities.  Manisha and Khusboo at the reception were very friendly. Very good service by Michelle and Rachel at the restaurant.  We had good breakfast all 3 days at the hotel's restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Friendly and efficient staff!!

We loved our stay at this hotel! Friendly receptionists, clean rooms, lots of towel bars to hang up our towels (rare in hotels) and spacious room. The first picture on their website shows old comforters but we had nice clean white sheets……no old comforter. 

We ate both dinners in their pub style restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great.
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Jasper Park. Prices are much more reasonable here.

We would stay here again.

Spacious and clean rooms

My husband I only stayed one night, but from the moment of check in to breakfast the next morning was fabulous. 
The lady at the check in- owner, she was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and accommodating and beyond sweet. 
The room was lovely. A wonderfully luxurious bed and pillows. It was like sleeping on clouds covered with clouds. 
The bathroom was a little small but it accommodated and full size shower with a rain shower head. 
Breakfast, while not able to get till 10 was good and fast. 
The only small smudge on the review was the check out lady. All the personality of a goldfish. Not friendly or warm at all. 
Regardless I would highly recommend this gem of a place.

Fabulous sleep

All staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent location, the Freson Bros is just cross the road. We  lived here for 5 nights, and went to Jasper National Park, Columbia Icefield and Malign Lake, it just took about 1-2 hr by car, it's acceptable. By the way, we saw one beaver at the Beaver Boardwalk which is near by.

Very Nice

We decided to stay in Hinton instead of Jasper as lodging in Jasper is very expensive and pretty much clogged up with tour buses.  It was a lovely short drive to Hinton, and the pace and feel there is precisely the opposite of Jasper.

Twin Pine is an older, but well maintained motel with clean, comfortable rooms.  We would have preferred more counter space in the smallish bathroom, but they can't now do much about that and we managed OK.  The bedroom was also a bit on the small side, even making it a challenge for luggage placement.  No matter, though, as the rooms are actually very comfortable and clean.

The on-site restaurant is very good.  We ate both dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both meals.  We were there on a Sunday night, so dining choices in Hinton were a bit limited.  We have no regrets about deciding to dine in the motel.

Good motel with a good restaurant.

The inn exceeded my expectations.  It’s an older building but they are slowly renovating the rooms and the d for.  Instead of an old bathtub, we had a large rainfall shower which was very nice! The beds were on the soft side but ok.  The room is standard size, with all the usual amenities, but no breakfast included.  Many restaurants and fast food joints close by.    Good value for the price, especially if you’re headed to Jasper.  Would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself is very fine, very clean and comfortable, all staff are very kind and helpful too. But I think it is ridiculous that Expedia suggested this and all other hotels in Hinton to me when I searched for Jasper!! The two places are rarely linked by public transportation, and Hinton is actually absolutely not a touristic place for people who would like to visit the Rocky mountains area
