Built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, water filter. There is also the necessary utensils: glasses, wine glasses, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, soup, dinner and dessert plates, frying pans, pots, salad bowls. In addition, there is tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen.
Bathroom amenities are available to guests: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, terry towels. The apartment has a washing machine, and for guests' convenience there is an iron, ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

If facts of violation are established, it is possible to bring the competent authorities to administrative responsibility (an explanation at local law enforcement centers and the payment of a significant fine).
Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time and to contact the property regarding booking details. The cost in Russian rubles indicated on the website when booking is approximate and is calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is not relevant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The apartment administrator will inform guests of the final cost. The guest house can accept payment in a way convenient for guests.
Check-in takes place after signing the rental agreement at the office located at 25 Karl Marx Street, Entrance 2, 5th floor, office 8h. The office is open daily from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM without weekends or lunch breaks. Self check-in without visiting the office is possible if payment is made in advance via bank transfer. Property viewings are not available.
Guests are required to inform the property in advance if they plan to bring pets. Also, upon check-in, guests will be required to pay a deposit for the safety of property in the amount of the rental price for one day; if staying with pets, the deposit amount may be higher.
