36 reviewsI had the good fortune to find a room at the Atrium-Victoria when I arrived exhausted after a difficult trip from Tbilisi (no one's fault but mine) and found myself in a very crowded Black Sea resort city with many full hotels and my ability to cope in Russian failing me at the height of the May Day-Orthodox Easter holidays. The desk clerk and the lady who came out to interpret for me were very kind, the room was a huge bargain at $87 and I enjoyed a light dinner immensely. The staff was extremely helpful the next morning when I had difficulty finding the consular office to get an exit visa from Abkhazia.

Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay.
When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival.
When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia.
For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. When staying at the hotel for more than 3 nights, guests will be charged a resort fee: RUB 30.00 per person for the entire period of stay.
