We arrived in Dubai at 2:30 AM after a long and exhausting flight, looking for a place that could accommodate my family at such a late hour. Luckily, we found the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel in Al Barsha — and what a great find it was! From the moment we stepped in, Ms. Hanane at reception was an absolute star. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and quick to help us secure a spacious family room at an amazing rate. Understanding how tired my kids were, she personally guided them up to the room while I completed the check-in process, ensuring they could rest right away. This level of thoughtfulness and care is rare to find. People like Ms. Hanane make all the difference — her service, professionalism, and warm hospitality turned what could have been a stressful late-night arrival into a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you, Ms. Hanane, and thank you Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel for having such wonderful staff. We’ll definitely be back!
