HL Paradise Island

Family of 4 adults and 3 children ( parents children and grandparents all varied in age children 6 12 14 boys and girls). All has our first family holiday here and had the absolute best time. Staff where all helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely amazing ao much to choose from morning afternoon and evening - all 3 of my children and fussy eaters (theh have autism) and they even had plates full for each meal and snacks too! Lots of drinks to choose from. Entertainment was brilliant for adults and kids - love that there is two areas outside by pool bar and upstairs bar with different Entertainment. Room was brilliant clean and fresh staff came in and cleaned and tidied up when we put door thing on to say no cleaning today they didn't enter. Aircon im bedroom was great, we was ground floor and loved having the front garden area and then also sliding doors at the back into a back garden where we had clothes rail to hang wet clothes. Pools where great always managed to get s lounger even when it was really busy. Pool games with staff was great for bringing everyone together and watching everyone have fun was brilliant. Arcade games are great my kids loved it and the snooker/pool tables which was multiple. Beautiful views morning and evening too. Staff was always up early cleaning pool and floor before 6am - being quiet too and also up late cleaning up too. Lots to do and visit around the island and great most of the excursions pick up outside hotel or a bus stop 5 minute walk away. I struggle to find where bad reviews come from as we had the best experience, there wasn't anything we could fault about the stay. We are definitely looking to come back again - only issue we have is a family of 5 cannot be booked in one apartment on easyjet as they only seem to offer one bedroom apartments and not their two bedroom apartments Which is a shame if we want to come back with just us.
