Really nice hotel on a wonderful sprawling site with beautiful gardens and wildlife. Very convenient to everything we needed, even western style shopping at Icon if we had wanted it (we didn't). The real standout were the staff - so friendly and helpful and super attentive, always there when we needed them. The separate adults pool and spa area was a relaxing bonus, but the main pool area is excellent as well. Good selection of up to date equipment in the gym. In a really nice part of Bali - super well cared for and feeling very safe. None of the complications we were told to expect in Bali.
