Manaspark Deluxe Hotel

Manaspark revisited... My wife and I visited Manaspark last April with our two year old son. Although the resort is not really set up for children, the staff made the trip so memorable for our family, my wife and I have returned this year alone to enjoy the resort as a couple. The staff here make the stay magical. Friendly, helpful, and extremely welcoming. Most of the staff we met last year remembered us and greet us like family returning home to visit. The rooms are cleaned at your convenience, and hotel management handle your needs promptly if any specific requirements are called for. Many of the families visiting the resort are returning customers, which speaks for itself. In the dining hall you may be lucky enough to sit in Ahmet's area. Ahmet is the most incredible server you could imagine. He goes above and beyond to see that your family is thoroughly taken care of. Ahmet can be seen sprinting about the dining hall serving tables, remembering guests drinks and preferences and having them waiting for you without needed to ask. Before you realise you need something, Ahmet has already thought of it and placed it beside you without you noticing. Ahmet took such good care of our two year old last year, he wanted to spend time with Ahmet more than playing in the pool. Thank you so much Ahmet... The food is sensational and freshly served throughout the day. Entertainment is put on nightly ranging from musical performances, dancers, magicians, and more. One of the craziest characters you will find here is resident spa manager "Crazy Jimmy". Jimmy is all laughs and jokes at all times, truly owning the name Crazy Jimmy. But do not be fooled by Jimmy's silly behaviour. One thing Jimmy takes extremely serious is his Spa. When you step in the spa, you are met by a very professional Jimmy. Jimmy's staff are hands down, the most talented masseurs I have ever experienced. Jimmy's Balinese House Spa offers exceptional service, one you most definitely do not want to miss. Jimmy's Balinese staff work absolute magic, worth every penny and more. Thank you for everything Jimmy... All of this plus an open blue sky surrounded by mountains, with a steady flow of beautiful paragliders descending onto the seafront. Always something awesome to look at, plus great shopping just a very short walk from the resort. Highly recommend.
