We just finished a week in this small, cleverly-designed hotel. As others have said, we arrived to an upgrade from a street art room to a river-view room on the 6th floor - nice to receive benefits for our HHonors diamond status. The room is very small, but cleverly designed to deal with the size. Example: there are no nightstands, but there are niches in the headboard with electric outlets on both sides. The closet space is small but adequate, and the pantry is nicely equipped with mini-fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. A nice TV is suspended from the corner of the overhead. The bathroom is also small, and the shower is open to the room, but it is quite workable. Very big plus: wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the dock, ferry landing and river. Very nice. Breakfast was more than adequate. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room were pleasant and constantly working to replenish items and get coffee and omelets - they remembered our coffee preferences daily. I (eventually) learned that the shuttle boat departs on the quarter hour, and we could see it coming from our room window. A five minute walk to the landing. There is a complete grocery store and numerous nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
