Hotel Panorama Bungalow Resort El Gouna

Well back home to the cold UK after an amazing 2 weeks, we have had the best holiday from start to finish, so many memories made. This was our 2nd visit to this amazing hotel, and definitely won't be our last. All Staff were absolutely great, very friendly and attentive, From the guys at reception, restaurant and the bar, we had a couple of days poorly following a bug that we may have contracted from an excursion we went on, as could not fault anything in the hotel, Staff knew we were poorly and were more than helpful with advice on what to be drinking, what to avoid, they kept checking in on us, to make sure we were alright. And advised what medication to obtain from the pharmacy. Our bungalow ( Lagoon),was kept spotless every day our cleaner was excellent, and always made sure we had everything we needed, All staff we met worked so hard and made our holiday go so smoothly. Enjoyed treatments at the Spa and the staff there made us feel at ease, comfortable and so relaxed after massages etc. The management team dealt with an issue we had upon arrival this was acted upon promptly. The guys at zeytona beach were really good and helpful. Excellent meals in the Chinese and oriental restaurant. Aswell as the buffet restaurant too. Fair to say we will be back next year. Already looking 😉 So a big massive Thankyou to The staff Panorama Bungalows Resor for making our holiday memorable. See you all next year,
