Settlement of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out only with an internal passport. Checking in with a foreign passport or driver's license is not possible.

Transfer from the airport is paid separately.

Breakfast is free for guests up to 6 years of age.

For children, a birth certificate must be presented, an entry in the passport is not enough, and check-in without a birth certificate is impossible according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when sharing a parent/guardian's room with no extra bed. Breakfast for a child in this case is paid additionally at the rate established on the date of stay. There is a 50% discount for breakfast for a child.

A baby cot for children under two years old is provided free of charge. It is necessary to notify the hotel in advance if baby cots are required, as their number is limited.

The cost of an extra bed is RUB 2500.00. Breakfast for the third guest is charged extra.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM (midday). Also, in case of early check-in or late check-out, please check with the reception desk the possibility of early check-in / late check-out in advance. If there are no rooms ready for occupancy, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room until your room is ready.

Due to the fact that the hotel is located in the historical center of the city, we kindly ask you to plan your trip by private car in advance. The nearest paid guarded parking is located in the shopping center "Olympic Plaza". You can also park on the nearby streets where it is allowed by the traffic rules (Stremyannaya st., Vladimirsky avenue).
