This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in; To start with the design of the hotel is classy and stylish. The facilities such as the swimming pools are great and are very clean. The room was spacious and very clean and the view was spectacular. The food was excellent; breakfast had good variety and the main menu items were to die for- the steak sandwich was the best! The room service personnel were friendly, polite and respectful and were always smiley. One lad in particular spoke excellent english which was a nice touch. The housekeeping was great and in particular Maide was so kind and helpful, would stop to talk to you in the corridor and would always leave the room as you found it when you first walked in on the first day. The rest of the staff in the hotel were all friendly, attentative and always made sure you had what you needed. Would I stay here again? Yes every time I come back to Istanbul, I would come here. This is the best.
