Hotel Maydrit Airport

This hotel was the perfect way to end our trip to Europe! A wonderful surprise in Madrid, I chose the Maydrit because it was one of the highest-rated hotels near the airport, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed at check-in by a Brazilian staff member whose name, unfortunately, I can’t recall — but she truly deserves to be mentioned here. Her kindness and attentiveness were outstanding, making our short stay in Madrid so much better. The room was simply amazing — spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, the king-size bed was incredibly soft and cozy, and the bathroom was large, with two sinks and plenty of space for luggage. The shower pressure was excellent — something quite rare in Europe — and made every shower a real pleasure. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, and the TV had great image quality. It would be even better if it offered streaming apps or original audio options for TV programs. Because of our early flight, we couldn’t enjoy breakfast, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared two bags with sandwiches, juice, water, and fruit — a really nice gesture that we appreciated a lot. We used the free airport shuttle, which was excellent. The metro station is just about 150 meters away, and it takes 25 minutes to reach Gran Vía. The neighborhood is residential, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar open until midnight. We didn’t have the chance to try it, but it looked inviting and well-attended. We were so impressed with the Maydrit that we’re already considering staying here again on our next trip to Madrid — even though it’s outside the city center. Congratulations to the entire team!
