I stayed at this hotel for one night in early October and had a very good experience and pleasant stay. The hotel room was very clean, modern, large and smelled good. The room had decent amenities including a safe deposit box, blow dryer, refrigerator (with free drinks), and a flat screen TV with multiple foreign language channels. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel room was modern, but the hallway was outdated, however, it was very clean and smelled good. The elevator is small but functions quickly and was always readily available to me. The hotel staff was very professional, attentive, friendly & accommodating. I felt very comfortable and was well taken care of by the staff. The staff assisted me with finding local attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was very good with many hot and cold items. The hotel is located on a quiet side street so there was not a lot of street noise. The hotel is also located within a short walking distance, 6-8 minutes, from the central train station with easy access to the metro system and trains to the airport. I had a great stay at the Berna Hotel and highly recommended this hotel. I will stay there again when I visit Milan.
