This hotel is located in a central position ready to dive in local life style or a lovely stroll in the park Receptions staff are very friendly and kind, in particular Sanije who is always ready to sort out any issues for guests. Rooms are very clean and beds are so comfortable. I came with some friends and later as part of the group. I have realized the slightly difference of food service – when with the group the food was very good and well cooked in Italian style base – we had two choices of starter and main course and for those who had dietary requests or intolerances, “Elvis” the maître always paid attention to them giving some extra choices. While with my 3 friends we had the menu “a la carte”: the courses were excellent and well presented. The bartender “Ardit” whom name is a bit difficult to remember, is very friendly and ready to serve us with his wide range of cocktails. Then I discovered the little cozy Spa: Tiziana the manager who speaks great English made me at ease explaining any details of treatments. I spent 2 hours in this Spa and I felt cuddled between a massage and relax in the salt hall.
