We have stayed in many airport hotels over the decades when traveling to and from Europe. Our experience with Premier Inn by the Munich airport was superb, particularly due to the kindness and support of the front desk manager Lameros. He helped us with a scale so that we could weigh our luggage prior to departure, umbrellas when we were hit with an unexpected rain storm, and he was always 100% available whenever we needed anything. He was consistently both professional and friendlv; he made us feel welcome and at home.
