Hotel interior was fab! Hotel was clean and tidy. Pool area very nicely kept with reasonably priced bar serving cocktails etc.Breakfast was absolutely lovely especially the smoothies and omelette. I just wanted to say how professional and kind a member of reception staff were in particular. We arrived too early for our room to be ready on Monday 11th August. The chap on reception asked us to come back at 2 which we did and he could not apologise enough as the room we had wasn't yet ready. He showed us to the bar and said we could have any drink we wanted for free. The room only took a quarter of an hour more to be ready. The same staff member was on duty as we checked out on the following Friday morning. To cut a long story short I stupidly had left to get in the taxi to the airport and had forgotten to get our passports out of the safe. I raced back to the reception but he calmed me down and instantly reprogrammed the key for me. He was so kind telling me it was ok not a problem. Thank you for a lovely stay.
