We visited Hotel Regina as a couple for two nights and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is located in a renovated historic building with an inviting reception area. We found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful and pleasant. They were especially concerned with our wellbeing after some issues with another unrelated hotel. We can also recommend La Esquina which is a restaurant/tapas bar that's connected and operated by the hotel. The food was outstanding, the staff super friendly and the atmosphere just perfect. The parent hotel next door (Pulitzer) has a very nice rooftop bar. We only stayed for a short while before we had to leave but it looked like others really enjoyed the sunset atmosphere and the food. We happened to have a booking glitch caused by Hyatt and the hotel was incredibly flexible in sorting this out rapidly on their end. We'd like to thank Alba and her colleagues for their helpfulness — their service made our stay exceptional. Looking forward to return!
